Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Cherie attended the University of Wisconsin before relocating to Southern California in 1994. With a professional background in finance, marketing, and project management, she brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to real estate.
Her passion for the industry began through years of personally buying, renovating, and selling homes in Los Angeles and Newport Beach. This hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective and a seasoned ability to guide clients through every stage of the process—whether buying, selling, or investing.
Cherie has been deeply rooted in the Newport Beach community for decades. Alongside her husband of 30 years, Jay, she raised three daughters in the Port Streets, all graduates of Corona del Mar High School. Dedicated to giving back, she has served on multiple school boards and foundations, including the CDM Boosters, Orchesis Dance Company, and the Girls Volleyball Foundation.
Outside of real estate, Cherie is an active participant in the vibrant lifestyle she promotes—enjoying local restaurants, theater, boating in the harbor, playing golf, relaxing at the beach, and skiing with loved ones.
